With a strong pipeline of projects nationwide, we're expanding our scaffolding department and looking for a talented Scaffold Engineer to join our Burnaby office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for scaffolding structures.
- Prepare and review scaffold designs and project drawings, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards (WorkSafeBC, OHS Alberta, MOL Ontario, CSA).
- Provide technical mentorship, engineering oversight, and guidance to our design and drafting team.
- Ensure all projects meet relevant national, provincial, and municipal regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) status in Canada, or eligibility for registration (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in design of scaffold structures.
- Proficiency with structural analysis software and AutoCAD.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and professional communication skills with attention to detail.
