Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and maintaining prep stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including ovens, work surfaces, and storage areas
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality and safety of all menu items
- Support the team during busy hours by efficiently serving orders and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to uphold health standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of food handling practices and hygiene standards
