We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Sales & Styling Associate who enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for beautiful displays, and takes pride in the little details. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
- Assist customers in selecting home décor, faux florals, bedding, gifts, and seasonal collections.
- Receive, unpack, price, and merchandise new inventory.
- Maintain beautiful product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Process customer purchases accurately using our point of sale system.
- Assist with seasonal merchandising, store resets, and special events.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Help prepare products for our daily Facebook Live shopping events.
- If you’re comfortable on camera or interested in learning, opportunities are available to participate in our daily live shopping shows and assist with creating social media content.
Qualifications
- Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Has strong communication and organizational skills.
- Enjoy’s decorating, merchandising, or creating beautiful spaces.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Is willing to learn and take initiative.
- Can comfortably lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
- Is available to work weekdays, weekends, and during busy seasonal periods.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and kindness we can teach product knowledge.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
