We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our growing team in Orillia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, is highly computer proficient, and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts to keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain schedules for subcontractors and internal Emergency and Production staff
Monitor project timelines daily and proactively communicate updates, delays, and changes with crews, trades, customers, and management
Ensure projects are progressing efficiently and deadlines are met
Track job costs and budgets daily to support profitability goals
Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure jobs progress into production in a timely manner
Maintain accurate schedules, records, and communication with strong attention to detail
Prioritize and adjust schedules quickly in response to unforeseen changes or staffing issues
Coordinate demolition and construction permits
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Assistants to ensure job notes are consistently updated and aligned with the project schedule
Support office operations and incoming calls as required
Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks)

Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of scheduling and/or administrative experience preferred
Experience in construction, restoration, or service coordination is considered an asset
Basic understanding of job costing, budgeting, and margins is preferred

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
