Job Summary
The Registered Pharmacy Technician performs a broad range of clerical, pharmaceutical, and technical responsibilities within the Pharmacy Department and throughout the organization. Working in alignment with hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards, the RPhT plays an essential role in supporting safe, accurate, and efficient medication preparation and distribution—helping ensure the highest standard of care for our patients.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician Diploma
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Competencies:

Previous related experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
- Ability to learn and navigate hospital-specific software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding is an asset
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
