The plant batch operator will be a key position within our company, overseeing & managing the operation of the batching equipment.
Attention to detail & ensuring high-quality of concrete mixes to meet each project specifications.
A strong understanding of concrete production, mixes, equipment operations & communication are must for this position.
Operation & monitoring the concrete batching equipment must be very accurate.
Use of computerized systems to maintain precision & consistency in the mix designs.
Routine quality control on raw materials must be performed to ensure compliance with the company standards.
If there are any adjustments to batching processes, you would be responsible to ensure they are done to uphold concrete quality standards.
There will be regular maintenance performed on batching equipment so all equipment are at peek operation.
Troubleshooting & problem solving must be completed to minimize any downtime.
Communication with the production manager to schedule batches according to project timelines.
Records must be maintained accurate of materials, batch adjustments & production reports submitted must be submitted.
We are looking for the right individual that has strong communication, accurate record keeping & can work with our team. You must be able to uphold our safety policies that Westcon Precast has set out. PPE is required for this position.
Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
