We treat our cleaners like professionals, pay fairly and transparently, and build long term relationships with clients and team members.
What You'll Earn:
We believe in clear, honest pay. No vague promises. Here's exactly how it works:
- Base pay: $30/hr
- Tips: 100% go to the cleaner(s) on the job. Always.
- $10 per job toward gas
- $30 bonus every time you sign a client up for recurring service
- $10 bonus for every 5-star Google review with a photo of your work
- $100 referral bonus for every cleaner you bring on who stays 30 days
- Priority job assignment for top performers
- Daily payouts are available to cleaners who consistently get the job done properly
- Weekly payouts are available to all cleaners
The Perks:

What We Need From You:
- Paid residential cleaning experience
- Your own reliable vehicle (not shared) — required
- A smartphone
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Dependability and pride in your work
What You'll Do:
- Clean homes and Airbnb rentals: kitchens, bathrooms, dishes, bedding, laundry, baseboards, blinds, cobwebs, floors
- Work efficiently to complete the day's homes to standard
- Take pride in your work and follow the checklists
