Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service hours by providing timely meal preparation
- Follow sanitation guidelines to uphold a safe and hygienic work environment
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
