Position Overview:
The Working Supervisor will oversee and coordinate site activities while actively contributing to hands-on work in framing and concrete forming. This role is ideal for a leader who can guide a crew effectively while also being productive in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Actively participate in framing and concrete forming tasks.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to crew members.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete forming (including ICF) and framing is required.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Experience supervising construction crews or forepersons.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
