Trattoria di Como is seeking a cooks to join our culinary team in the heart of Whistler Village.
Inspired by the timeless trattorias of Northern Italy and the spirit of Lake Como, Trattoria di Como is a refined yet lively restaurant focused on authentic hospitality, handmade pasta, premium seasonal ingredients, classic technique, and a deeply team-oriented kitchen culture.
This is an opportunity to join one of Whistler’s most exciting restaurant projects as we continue to re-establish a historic dining room into a premier destination for locals and visitors alike.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking strong, hands-on cooks who thrive in a high-energy professional kitchen and leads by example through consistency, organization, calm demeanor, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in upscale casual or fine dining kitchens
- Works cleanly and efficiently under pressure
- Communicates effectively
- Wants to grow long-term within a respected hospitality group
