Job Description:
- Greeting clients in a warm positive professional manner
- Book services, coordinate schedule changes for clients and practitioners
- Encourage clients to re-book services and assist in sales of services
- Post and create for social media channels
- Complete general opening , closing and weekly duties
- Answer phone calls, email and social media inquiries
- Assist with sales of retail skin care products, training will be provided
- Assist with inventory and ordering of retail products and supplies
- Inform clients of services and promotions offered, training will be provided
- Prepare, clean and organize treatment rooms
- Provide exceptional customer care and service
- Compile detailed patient notes
Other qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Organized, hard working, detail oriented
Knowledge of Instagram, Microsoft suite, Gmail, Mac OS, Canva and additional knowledge of Jane booking software is an asset
Part time shift work including evenings and weekends - Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and a two Saturdays a month.
Ability to be self-sufficient, be a self starter and able to work with a team
Must have keen interest in the medical aesthetics industry
Permanent role/NOT seasonal
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
