Property Maintenance Person

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Person to join our team, supporting a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties
- Complete basic plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, clogs, etc.)
- Conduct minor construction and carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and repair common building issues
- Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, construction, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
