SUMMER SALES ADMIN POSITION
CA$17.00-CA$22.00 per hour - starting, pending experience.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Sales Team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their 'check out' process, creating invoices, answering phone calls, writing up orders and scheduling deliveries . Assisting the team with customers in the sales yard will also be required, when needed.
This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors during the spring/summer months with an awesome team, build friendships and learn new skills!
Seasonal position: May - November
Monday - Friday 8-5pm
Saturdays 11-4pm
Sundays - off
Mondays of long weekends - off
After September 01st - Sat & Sun off
Start Date: ASAP
Duties:
- Assist customers with product selection
- Learn and recommend our products for specific projects
- Calculate product quantities based on provided measurements.
- Create invoices, sales orders, quotes and handle payment transactions
- Work well in a team environment
- Book Deliveries
- Be Organized
- Answer phone calls

- Drivers license and vehicle to get to work

- Experience in sales, a plus - not necessary
