YourIQ DNA Series makes at-home cheek swab DNA collection kits for wellness, lifestyle, andrelationship testing. Customers order a kit, collect a sample at home, mail it back, and view easy-to-understand reports online across gut, skin, sleep, nutrition, metabolism, fitness, mind,minerals, longevity, and relationship testing. We're a direct-to-consumer brand focused onmaking genetic information feel less confusing and more useful.
The role
We're looking for a Marketing & Operations Associate to jump in across the business. You'll splityour time between digital marketing (building and testing ad creative, social, and email) and theday-to-day operations that keep a D2C brand running, from order and kit workflows to customersupport and process improvements. It's a generalist role for someone who wants to learn how anearly-stage company actually works, end to end. Real tasks, real impact, no busywork.
What you'll do
Marketing
Help build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
Create and edit ad content: static graphics, short-form video, and UGC-style clips
Write and schedule social posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram
Support email/SMS campaigns (newsletters, promos, post-purchase flows)
Pull performance data and help spot what's converting
Operations
Help manage order, kit registration, and fulfillment workflows
Respond to customer questions and support emails
Track kit status and flag issues in the pipeline
Keep internal docs, spreadsheets, and trackers organized and up to date
Help build and tidy up processes as we grow
Research tools, vendors, and ways to make things run smoother
And anything else
Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand. This is a small, fast-moving company, so the roleflexes with what's most important that week
What we're looking for
Background or studies in marketing, business, communications, or similar (or self-taughtand ready to prove it)
Genuine interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and wellness/health
Organized and reliable, able to juggle a few things without dropping them
Comfortable with social platforms and a quick learner on new tools
Some hands-on experience with content creation (Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar)
Solid written communication for customer-facing emails and posts
Curious, resourceful, and happy to figure things out
Nice to have
Past experience running ads or social accounts (work, freelance, or personal projects)
Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or analytics tools
Comfort with spreadsheets and simple workflow/automation tools
Photo/video editing or copywriting skills
