About the Role
We are looking for apprentices to support the assembly and wiring of electrical panels. This is an entry‑level role ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and committed to producing high‑quality work.
What You’ll Do
Assembly & Wiring
- Assemble and wire electrical components following established procedures
- Ensure accurate placement and connection of wires, cables, and electrical elements
- Follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Safety
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Report hazards or safety concerns using required safety forms
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times
Required/Supported Safety Training:
- CSTS 2020
- WHMIS
- Arc Flash Training Course
- Basic Hand & Power Tool Safety (as assigned)
Documentation
- Accurately complete assessments and required paperwork
- Maintain records of wire configurations
Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow Wiremen and production team members
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads
What You Bring
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (preferred)
- Familiarity with electrical systems or equipment (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English

Education
- High School Diploma (required)
- Indentured Electrical Apprentice (asset)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50-$29.60 per hour
