Evening Supervisor/server/bartender – Caffe Fantastico Roastery
Caffe Fantastico has been serving Victoria for over 25 years. We're an independent coffee company with three locations, a craft cocktail program, local food, and a passion for genuine hospitality.
We're looking for a full time experienced Supervisor to lead our Roastery evening team. If you love creating a welcoming atmosphere, enjoy coaching others, and take pride in a well-run bar, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Lead evening bar service and support the team during busy periods.
- Maintain consistency in cocktails, beer, wine, and guest service.
- Lead table service and create an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and reporting equipment issues.
- Ensure responsible liquor service and food safety standards.
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Enjoys coaching and motivating a team.
- Delivers warm, professional hospitality.
- Can work a fixed evening schedule Wednesday-Sunday, shifts from 12:30 to 7:30 and 1:30 to 9pm with consistent days off of Monday and Tuesday.
