What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones and manage appointments
- Process client transactions and bookings
- Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Support the salon, spa, and boutique teams with daily operations
- Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
