Job Description
This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and the ability to work efficiently throughout the day. The job involves:
- Consistent physical activity, including walking, standing, reaching, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Following safety procedures and wearing the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Steel-toe boots are required (provided by you), while all other PPE is supplied by APFP.
Key Responsibilities
- General site clean-up and maintenance.
- Pulling lumber on a green chain.
- Assisting in various production-related tasks as needed.

- Physically fit, with good manual dexterity.
- Ability to adapt to various tasks and working conditions.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory (location is outside of public transit access).
- First Aid or Forklift Certification is an asset but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Extended health, dental, vision & clothing allowance are all included after 60 calendar days worked.
- Pension plan is available after 12 months of full-time employment.
- Starting wage: $29.37 per hour.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities.
