This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services, primarily through phone and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business development, building relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through ongoing communication and support.
- Support sales initiatives through outbound follow-ups and participation in customer outreach activities.
- Provide product guidance and basic technical support to help customers make informed decisions.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and joint customer calls with outside sales as required.
- A proactive attitude with strong business development capabilities and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
- Electrical Engineering, Technologist Diploma, or equivalent is an considered an asset but not required; training provided for the right candidate.

- CRM and business system proficiency considered an asset.
- Ability to support sales follow-up and identify growth opportunities.
- Electrical Engineering or Technologist background an asset (training provided).
