expiry dates, and connect clients
with their immigration consultants
seamlessly.
We launched in May 2025 and are
growing fast. We're looking for
driven, connected individuals to
help us bring UFill to immigration
agencies and study permit consultants
across Canada.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a commission-only, flexible
role — perfect for someone who already
works in or around the immigration
or international education sector
and wants to earn additional income
by introducing UFill to their network.
You don't need to be a salesperson.
You need to know the right people
and believe in a product that
genuinely helps them work better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify immigration consultants,
RCIC agents, immigration lawyers,
and study abroad agencies in
your province
- Reach out via phone, email,
LinkedIn, or in-person to introduce
UFill's agent platform
- Schedule and deliver 15-minute
product demos (we provide the
script and demo video)
- Follow up with prospects and
guide them through the sign-up
process
- Provide feedback from the field
to help us improve the product
and sales process

WHAT YOU'RE NOT DOING
- You are NOT providing immigration
advice or legal counsel
- You are NOT responsible for
client onboarding or technical
support (we handle that)
- You are NOT expected to work
full-time or hit aggressive quotas

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- Anyone with knowledge
of immigration process in Canada
SKILLS & QUALITIES:
- Strong communication skills
in English (Spanish, Tagalog,
Hindi, or other languages a plus)
- Self-motivated and comfortable
working independently
- Comfortable making phone calls
and sending cold emails
- Organized and able to track
your own pipeline
- Genuine interest in helping
immigrants navigate Canada

- Sales experience (we'll train you)
- Tech background
- Full-time availability

COMPENSATION
This is a COMMISSION ONLY POSITION. Depends on your performance you can earn up to 100k a year.
