The Opportunity
Top performers on our team consistently earn $150,000 to $250,000+ per year. We supply the leads, the truck, and the back-office support. You bring the consultative selling skills and the drive to deliver a 5-star experience in every home you step into.
This is an in-home sales role. The majority of your appointments are pre-set by our marketing and CSR team, so you spend your day in front of qualified homeowners, not chasing cold leads. You'll meet with families across South and Mid Island, assess their heating and cooling needs, and present tailored heat pump and HVAC solutions.
What You'll Do
- Run 2 to 3 pre-set, qualified in-home consultations per day, Monday to Friday (occasional evenings or Saturdays)
- Conduct thorough needs-based assessments and design heat pump systems suited to each home, budget, and comfort goal
- Close the sale in a single visit whenever possible, using a consultative, no-pressure approach
- Follow up on every unclosed estimate within 48 hours
- Keep our CRM (ServiceTitan) current with every lead, estimate, and outcome
- Hand jobs off cleanly to our install team and circle back post-installation to thank customers and ask for referrals
- Participate in weekly team meetings, ongoing sales training, and role-play sessions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience (in-home sales or HVAC industry experience is a strong asset)
- A demonstrated track record of hitting and beating sales targets
- Comfort with CRM tools; ServiceTitan experience is a bonus
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly in someone's home
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Valid BC driver's licence with a clean Driver's Abstract
- Clean criminal record check
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan; high-speed internet at home
