JOFFICE FURNITURE SALES CONSULTANT (INSIDE/OUTSIDE SALES)
We are an established commercial office furniture dealership intent on growing our business. We are looking for a proven and dynamic business development/sales professional to join our team. The role will combine work on existing accounts, incoming opportunities and new business development activities. We have strong partnerships with furniture manufacturers providing mostly Canadian-made products to businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. Our portfolio varies from budget to high-end with solutions for corporate spaces through healthcare environments.
Our team thrives with accountability for our duties while working in an environment where it’s encouraged to question things and connect with each other towards clarity or solutions. Being in furniture, we have a dynamic office/showroom and an awesome workplace vibe and culture.
The type of sales person that will succeed in this role has a well-rounded skill set and personal traits including likeability, organization, listening skills, team-player, detail-orientated, business-minded, always prepared, honest, hard-working and competitive.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prospect and qualify new opportunities
· Manage existing accounts
· Build industry relationships (interior designers etc)
· Plan effective site meetings and presentations
· Space planning and workplace consultation (ie. ergonomics)
· Create exceptional proposals and quotations
· Manage projects through delivery and installation
VALUED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· B2B Sales field experience
· Office Furniture, design, facilities or related experience
· CRM tracking and forecasting experience
· Sales or business education/training
· Networking / business development proficiency
· Power point proposals / CAD experience
COMPENSATION AND OPPORTUNITY
Salary plus commission based opportunity. Salary will be fixed and opportunity to earn unlimited commission.
Pay: $38,026.39-$70,000.00 per year
