Losani Homes is seeking a full-time Yardi Voyager Specialist to support our residential and commercial property portfolio. Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience (required)
- Strong experience with lease setup, move-ins/move-outs, rent rolls, tenant setup, recurring charges, tenant ledgers, arrears, and chargebacks
- Ability to maintain and correct tenant data, unit status, lease expiries, and reporting accuracy in Yardi
- Experience generating and reviewing rent rolls, delinquency, occupancy, lease expiry, and tenant account reports
- Experience with purchase orders, invoices, maintenance coordination, and vendor administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve Yardi data discrepancies
Important: Candidates will be tested on practical Yardi knowledge and system experience during the interview process. Only candidates with strong hands-on Yardi experience should apply.
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
