We are currently tightening up how we operate — putting stronger systems, clearer expectations, and better shop discipline in place.

This role will play a part in shaping shop standards, workflow, and overall culture moving forward.
The Role
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for a mid- to high-level fabricator who can:
- Work independently from drawings
- Take ownership of jobs from start to finish
- Support and guide less experienced team members
Responsibilities
- Fabricating heavy equipment attachments from drawings (1/4” – 2” plate and heavier)
- Fit-up, layout, and assembly with minimal supervision
- Identifying issues before they become problems
- Working with team members to keep jobs moving
- Maintaining quality and consistency
- Supporting shop organization and workflow
- Following and reinforcing safe work practices
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in heavy fabrication
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Experience with heavy plate work
- Welding experience is an asset
- Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset
- Strong work ethic and accountability

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
