Overview
Brandt is currently seeking a Director of PacLease – Brandt Peterbilt, based out of Mississauga. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has several years of progressive management and Full service leasing business experience. The Director of PacLease – Brandt Peterbilt will be responsible for overall management of the PacLease Full service leasing business, including the sales team selling it. Team will manage the Full service lease maintenance for the customers and the management of the profitability from acquisition, through customer full service lease maintenance to disposal of the equipment.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- The creation execution, and achievement of the business plan and strategy for the Full service leasing business from people to equipment and industries served
- The creation and execution of annual budgets
- Achieving sales growth and profitability of all areas in division within all departments – including Full service leasing and rentals of Transportation equipment
- Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, and providing for the right mix of lease and rental inventory to achieve sales goals
- Management and development of all employees within the PacLease Group with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
- Establish targets for team members and evaluate their performance through the use of KPIs as provided by the company
- The coordination of the maintenance needed for our customer’s Full Service leases and rentals with the Brandt Peterbilt branches and outside service providers when required with the mind set of lowest cost of ownership
- Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
- Managing all account receivables in conjunction with Director of Credit Services
- Coordinate and participate in events, including but not limited to customer fly-ins, open-houses, recruitment events, etc.
- Other duties as required

Required Skills
- A professional and resourceful style; the ability to work independently and as part of a team, to lead by example, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable style; a leader who can positively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives while bringing a strong problem-solving ability to the workplace
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and consistent focus on developing and maintaining good customer relations
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in the Full service leasing business accompanied with a minimum of 5 years’ in management and/or business operations
- A degree or diploma with business focus is an asset but not mandatory
- Previous sales, Transportation Fleet Management and product support experience
- Good financial understanding along with cost management, business planning, and goal setting with management
- Must hold and maintain a valid passport and Drivers License, travel is required
