Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced DZ Roll-Off Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the waste management industry and proven experience operating roll-off trucks safely and efficiently.
Shift Details
- 13-14 hour shifts
- Consistent, full-day schedules with extended driving hours
Key Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up waste bins at customer locations
- Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading of materials
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements
- Valid DZ Driver’s License (Ontario)
- Minimum 3 years of roll-off truck driving experience in the waste industry (mandatory)
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR Record (dated within 30 days)
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and MTO regulations
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
