Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks to efficiently move products within the warehouse.
- Assist in order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the Microsoft office 365.
- Perform mechanical tasks including fabrication and building as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling heavy lifting and operating machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to fabricate and build as necessary.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems like Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
