```Duties```
- Perform skilled carpentry work in the construction, repair, and maintenance of structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
- Install cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, drywall, and other fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
- Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

- Proficient in using power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers
- Experience in flooring installation including hardwood, laminate, and tile
- Knowledge of plumbing systems for installation of fixtures and pipes
- Expertise in tile laying for floors, walls, and backsplashes
- Skilled in drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Ability to fabricate custom pieces such as cabinets and furniture
- Basic understanding of electrical systems for carpentry-related tasks
