The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance with their daily routines.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and individuals with disabilities</li><li>Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed</li><li>Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic environment</li><li>Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members</li><li>Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls or injuries</li><li>Support clients experiencing dementia or other cognitive impairments with specialized care techniques</li><li>Follow care plans and document services provided accurately</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred</li><li>Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and working with individuals with disabilities</li><li>Ability to administer medications safely and accurately</li><li>Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities</li><li>Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks efficiently</li><li>Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing care needs and schedules</li></ul>Pay: $19.50-$20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
