About the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our pharmacy. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, ensuring they receive welcoming, professional service while supporting our pharmacists in delivering high-quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, compassionate, and professional service to every patient, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist with prescription processing, managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the pharmacy workflow remains seamless.
- Healthcare Collaboration: Work closely with our pharmacists and the broader healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is preferred.
- Proficiency with Kroll software is considered a significant asset.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment.
