Position Summary
YST Auto Sales is inviting experienced automotive sales professionals to join our growing team. Conveniently located in the heart of Thornhill, steps away from Yonge Street & Highway 7, our dealership benefits from one of the busiest automotive retail corridors in the GTA, providing strong walk-in traffic and outstanding exposure.
We specialize in quality pre-owned vehicles with a fast turning inventory, meaning fresh inventory arrives regularly and vehicles sell quickly—creating more opportunities for motivated sales professionals to earn and succeed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven retail automotive sales experience.
- Active OMVIC Salesperson License in good standing (Required).
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
- Strong understanding of digital lead management, equity mining, CRM follow-up, and long-term customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
