LA FRENZ Winery is a boutique winery in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. The winery produces approximately 10,000 cases of ultra premium wine annually from 97% estate vineyards.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Cellar hand for a portion of the 2026 harvest.
LA FRENZ has was awarded Small Winery of the Year at the 2021 National Wine Awards as well as #2 winery in all of Canada.
This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of our small winemaking team producing premium terroir driven wines will be for a period of 4-6 weeks commencing mid September/ early October 2026. You will be working alongside our winemaker and assistant winemaker to craft exceptional Okanagan wines.

Preference will be given to candidates which possess the following skills and experience:
● Currently undertaking or completion of post-secondary education with an emphasis on winemaking from an accredited and recognized academic institution
● Previous vintage experience
● Familiarity with a wide range of winemaking equipment including crusher/de-stemmers, presses, pumps and filters
● Experience with all aspects of the winemaking process, including fruit receival and processing, cap management, racking’s, inoculations, lab work, barrel work and winery sanitation.
● Forklift experience
● Willingness to work long hours and weekends
We are seeking a candidate who has a positive attitude, is reliable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work both unsupervised and as part of a team. This position offers CAD$ 22-25/hour and 40-60 hours/week. The applicant must have a valid work visa or Canadian residency for 2026 to apply.
