(Contract base-per-sale + monthly recurring retainer)
Job Summary
We are an Ontario-based technology provider specializing in automated, 24/7 bilingual voice reception software for local service industries, specifically targeting automotive repair shops and trade contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
We are seeking a structured, independent B2B Account Representative to handle outbound business development across Canada. This position focuses on identifying local service businesses, introducing our voice automation software, and facilitating software demonstrations. For successful representatives, this role offers a fast-track advancement path to a Regional Coordinator role within 60 to 90 days.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct outbound business development calls to provided lists of automotive shops and trade contractors.
- Introduce our automated voice software and guide business owners through a brief, live interactive product demonstration.
- Manage daily outreach data and follow up with interested prospects to secure software activations.
- Coordinate client onboarding details and hand off accounts to our technical operations team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence are required.
- Previous experience in outbound customer service, retail sales, telemarketing, or client-facing roles is an asset.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. (Bilingual proficiency in French is highly valuable for expanding into designated Eastern Canadian and regional markets, but is not required).
- Must have a reliable remote work setup: a computer/laptop, a dedicated headset, and a stable internet connection.
Compensation & Benefits
- Upfront Contract Structure: $150.00 base payout per account activation for your first 3 clients, and $100.00 base payout per account activation for all subsequent clients.
- Recurring Retainer: A recurring monthly account maintenance retainer of $40.00 per active client, paid out monthly for the lifetime of the account.
- Advancement: Metrics-based promotion to Regional Coordinator within 2 to 3 months, including team leadership overrides.
Pay: $35,977.51-$140,000.00 per year
