We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in business administration, healthcare administration, or customer service coordination who are highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage patient scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency
- Deliver a professional and consistent patient experience from check-in to follow-up
- Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Cantonese
- Review and present treatment plans, including financial options
- Process insurance claims, billing, and payments accurately
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records using Cleardent software
- Support the daily administrative and operational workflow of the clinic
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or customer-facing roles
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Assets:
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Cleardent or similar practice management software
- Experience with scheduling, billing, or financial coordination
