Entogo Inc. is a Canada-based electrical power equipment and energy infrastructure company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. We specialize in transformers, substations, switchgear, power distribution equipment, and related electrical infrastructure solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to support our business growth in Canada, the United States, and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in transformers or related electrical equipment, with existing industry knowledge and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales opportunities for transformers, substations, switchgear, power distribution equipment, and related electrical equipment.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities across Canada, the United States, and international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, electrical contractors, EPC contractors, utilities, developers, industrial clients, and commercial customers.
- Promote Entogo’s products and solutions to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and work with internal technical teams to recommend suitable products and configurations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, delivery timelines, and project requirements.
- Close sales deals and manage customer accounts throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, production, and logistics teams to support project execution and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in transformers, electrical equipment, power distribution equipment, substations, switchgear, utilities, EPC, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of transformers and related electrical power equipment.
- Experience selling to distributors, contractors, utilities, developers, industrial clients, or commercial project owners.
- Experience with project-based sales, technical quotations, tenders, and long sales cycles is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts at the same time.
- Existing customer resources, industry contacts, or business networks in the transformer or electrical equipment industry are strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Starting salary from CAD $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Additional 5% commission on each project successfully secured by the Sales Manager.
