Job Description Are you someone who takes charge, thrives on challenges, and refuses to settle for average? We’re looking for a driven, persuasive, and highly motivated Jr. Account Manager to join our sales team. This is a career-building opportunity for someone who brings urgency, energy, and a relentless focus on achieving results. As an Jr. Account Manager, you’ll work on a team and grow your book of business by building strong client relationships, uncovering opportunities others miss, and delivering creative, personalized solutions that drive revenue and increase margin. You're not afraid to ask the hard questions, go after the opportunity, and close the deal—because failure is not an option.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of your teams’ accounts—learn everything about your clients, their goals, pain points, and opportunities
- Ask smart questions to uncover growth potential, margin opportunities, and unmet needs
- Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline through prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling
- Deliver custom experiences with content, samples, creative ideas, gifts, client meetings, and drop-ins
- Act as a consultative partner—collaborate deeply with your clients and internal teams (SDRs, AEs, CSRs)
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction—you’re proactive, responsive, and solutions-driven
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting
- Support new logo opportunities by contributing to strategy, proposals, and quotes
What You Bring:

- 1+ year in sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record of success

- Comfortable using CRM tools and following structured daily routines
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client meetings and events
