Field Supervisor – Hydrovac Pipeline Crews
Based Out of FORT SASKATCHEWAN, AB.
Position Overview
We are looking to hire someone with knowledge of Pipeline Projects and Hydrovac crews with past experience directing operators and swampers. This candidate must have a working knowledge of Hydrovac Trucks. The candidate must have experience as a Class 3 Hydrovac Operator, be good with electronic and computer programs, excellent people skills, able to schedule crews, hold toolbox meetings and conduce work in the field.Reporting to the Projects Manager, the Field Supervisor will be responsible for dispatching crews and equipment to deliver services to customers in a safe and timely manner. This individual must be flexible to work as needed to meet operational requirements. You must be willing to travel, work long hours when required. We provide company truck, premium wages, and benefits plan. The starting wage will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate a group of 10 – 40 operators as well as third party contractors
- Maintain good relations with customers and have a good understanding of their needs
- Work closely with sales to ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely fashion
- Verify field tickets with driver time sheets on a daily basis
- Work closely with office administrators to verify employee time and ticket information
- Conduct field and truck inspections
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Have a working knowledge of customer policies and procedures; ensure that staff are aware of them and are following them when on client sites
Skills/Experience
- Previous project coordination experience required
- High School Diploma is preferred
- H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level 2, Standard First Aid with CPR, Fall Protection, PCST, CSO, CSTS2020 required
- Experience in and extensive knowledge of hydro vac industry
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work well independently
- Troubleshoot and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
