Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated ABA Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. The ABA Therapist will work one-on-one with clients to implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
- Follow ethical guidelines and company policies
- Attend required training and supervision sessions
Qualifications
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field,
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (if applicable)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
