Emergency Management & Community Safety (EMCS) is currently recruiting for two Coordinator positions within the Court and CPIC areas of operational administrative support. In these roles, you will work closely with internal and external partners to support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, employee development, and effective cross-functional coordination.
As a Coordinator of CPIC, you will be primarily responsible for providing leadership to the CPIC Operators, CPIC system oversight, RCMP Policy compliance, CPIC certification and access, and 24/7 operational continuity.
As a Coordinator of Court, you will be primarily responsible for providing leadership to Court & CPIC Services Liaisons (CCSLs), court administration, judicial compliance, disclosure and warrant workflows, court document processing, and coordination with court-related partners.
Primary duties include:

Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, work assignment, and performance management activities.

Review team performance and provide informed feedback to support continuous improvement and service excellence.

Oversee scheduling functions, including managing shift assignments and time-off requests, and overtime callouts to maintain critical staffing levels.

Coordinate CPIC queries and court administration activities with EMCS Peace Officers while monitoring judicial compliance and ensuring timely processing.

Support the daily delivery of CPIC and court services across EMCS, including reporting, charges, disclosure requests, warrant dispositions, case management, and offender-related processes.

Perform quality assurance on work completed by CCSLs and CPIC Operators to maintain accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance.
