Live-In Superintendent / Building Manager

We are seeking a professional and reliable Live-In Superintendent / Building Manager for a modern multi-residential building located at 467 Maplehurst Drive in Moncton, NB.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-run property while ensuring residents have a positive living experience. The position serves as a visible on-site presence focused on communication, observation, and maintaining day-to-day order within the building.
Responsibilities
Maintain overall cleanliness, presentation, and condition of the property
Act as the on-site presence and first point of contact for residents
Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Identify and report maintenance issues to the appropriate team
Monitor building systems and flag any concerns proactively
Oversee common areas to ensure the building remains well presented
Support general day-to-day building operations as required
Help maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and organized
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to notice issues early
Experience in customer service, property management, or building operations is considered an asset
Basic understanding of maintenance or building systems is considered an asset
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
