Territory Manager – Lower Mainland, Reports to Senior VP of Plumbing Sales
This position is responsible for helping us achieve our vision of being the preferred wholesaler in the Lower Mainland. You will be involved in all aspects of the business, including operations, warehousing, procurement, sales, human resources, marketing, finance, and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who can harness the power of our talented team and help them maximize their potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the existing team to develop a strategic plan for the territory and execute that plan
- Inspire, lead, develop, and manage a large team
- Open new locations in the territory
- Manage the operational processes in the region
- Develop and maintain regional relationships with key customers, industry groups, and supplier partners
- Ensure we are exceeding our customers’ expectations
- Meet financial targets for the territory
- Participate in corporate-level initiatives
- Work alongside the support teams at Head Office (HR, IT, AC, MK etc.)
- Actively promote & monitor safe work environments and practices

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Above-average analytical skills
- An understanding of existing business processes
- Hands-on, willing to get into the details.
- Commitment to exceeding our customers’ expectations
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Must be able to travel within the Lower Mainland region regularly and outside the region as required
- Minimum of 5 years of wholesale industry experience

Wage expectancy: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
