$34-$40/hour, based on experience
5 days/week | Monday to Friday | No weekends
Queensville Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our growing family dentistry practice in Queensville.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable helping keep a busy dental office running smoothly. This role is best suited for someone with strong dental administration experience, office management experience, treatment coordination experience, or a senior dental admin background.
This is not an entry-level receptionist position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate well with patients and the team, and help support the continued growth and efficiency of the practice.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of dental administration experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and patient communication
- Experience with treatment coordination or dental office management
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- A positive, professional, team-focused attitude
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a dental office setting
Experience with AbelDent and RecallMax is an asset.
A Certified Dental Assistant background is also considered a strong asset, but this is primarily an administrative and leadership role.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. No weekends.
Compensation
Compensation is $34-$40/hour, based on experience, skill set, and fit for the role.
