We are looking for someone who will be a great fit within our motivated and dynamic team environment, and who understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service to help uphold the strong reputation we have built.
Formal qualifications are not required, however the following skills and experience are preferred:
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Administration experience
- Customer service and/or logistics experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, POS systems, or inventory systems
The role will involve a variety of important tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the business, including customer service, inventory tracking and management, shipping and receiving, maintaining supplies, and general operational support as required. The role may also assist with marketing, events, and social media, while helping coordinate the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is highly organised, customer focused, and takes pride in their work. We value developing our team and are committed to supporting people who want to grow alongside the business.
