Deerwater Dental Wellness is seeking an exceptional Senior Dental Administrator / Front Office Leader to become a key member of our growing multidisciplinary dental practice.
This is not an entry-level front desk position.
We are looking for an experienced dental professional who brings maturity, poise, exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience.
The successful candidate will be someone who can confidently manage the many moving parts of a busy dental practice while helping lead and support the front office team.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 5 years of dental front office/business administrative experience
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to positively guide a team
- Professional, polished and poised communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and patient-handling skills
- The ability to communicate confidently with patients regarding appointments, treatment and financial arrangements
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims, predeterminations and benefit coordination
- Experience with ClearDent or comparable dental practice-management software
- Excellent computer and IT skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and other business software
- Advanced dental scheduling and appointment-management skills
- Experience with treatment coordination, including presenting treatment plans and helping patients move forward with recommended care
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary dental environment is highly desirable
