Project Manager Qualifications:
- Experience with all aspects of flat & shingle roofing and sheet metal flashing
- 5 or more years of proven experience in supervising and project management
- Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Meet deadlines
- Ability to understand and interpret plans and project specifications
- Ability to plan, lead and organize and communicate with project stakeholders including the
Architect, Engineer, sub-contractor, suppliers and any other entity associated with the project
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook Internet
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage and supervise all phases of assigned projects
- Prepare and manage schedules
- Perform weekly site visit to monitor and maintain the project construction schedule
- Manage any issues that arise which affects quality, budget, progress and safety
- Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to review projects to monitor compliance with specifications,
building and safety codes and other regulations
- Assisting the operations manager with overall budget review and cost tracking
