From overseeing public areas to inspecting guest rooms, your leadership plays a vital role in shaping the guest’s first impression of our hotel. Cleanliness is not only a standard; it's a message of care and quality. You will lead your team by providing daily structure, coaching, and assistance, ensuring that each member is set up for success and that operational excellence is consistently achieved.

What you do:
- Monitor guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are cleaned and maintained according to brand standards and timelines, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Inspect for quality and consistency, using inspection templates and standards to perform room checks regularly, reinforcing high expectations with your team.
- Evaluate room furnishings and fixtures, addressing issues you can resolve independently and reporting other deficiencies promptly to leadership and maintenance.
- Uphold a high attention to detail
- Prioritize health and safety for team and guests by identifying hazards and reporting them immediately.
- Lead onboarding and training, delivering hands-on technical instruction, ongoing feedback, and coaching to ensure new hires are confident and capable.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager or department leadership.
Working Conditions:
The Housekeeping department may experience:
- Continuous physical movement during work hours
- Require long periods of standing and bending
- Lifting up to but not limited to 30lbs
- Periods of working alone
- Fast paced work environment
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
