Seeking an assistant superintendent and maintenance person for a 2 building residential apartment complex in Mississauga.
Repairs and Maintenance include both in common areas of the building(s) and in suite. Minor electrical, plumbing, plaster and paint. Troubleshoot appliance repairs in suite, heating, cooling and ventilation systems in the building(s). Some minor grounds keeping and exterior maintenance as well. Buildings will supply all necessary tools and equipment.
Must be fluent in speaking and writing English. This is a full-time live in position working with another superintendent to co-ordinate coverage on days/weekends off and evenings. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill level and includes an apartment in the building. Six month probation and a benefits plan will apply once employment becomes permanent.
