Johnson’s Group of Companies is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team in our various lines of business. The EA will provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership while assisting with project coordination, communications, and marketing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
· Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team
· Prepare reports, presentations, applications, and documents as required.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries.
· Assist in organizing and executing company events and off-site meetings.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Assist in developing and preparing marketing and communications materials, including company announcements, social media content, and job advertisements.
· Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative processes.
· Support special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
· Experience: 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
· Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
· Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Discretion: High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
· Problem-Solving: Strong ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
