Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and tidy spaces to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
- Handle laundry tasks as needed, including washing, folding, and ironing clothes.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate weights.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
