H & M Food Ltd. Recruitment is currently recruiting for dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced food processing environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment and assist with product assembly to meet production targets
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Conduct quality checks and monitor product consistency throughout the manufacturing process
- Assist in cleaning ,sanitizing and maintaining equipment, workstations, and production areas
- Support food processing tasks, including ingredient handling and portioning as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with packaging or food processing is a plus
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards within a manufacturing setting
- Mechanical knowledge or basic troubleshooting skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow detailed instructions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
- English and Mandarin required
